The pendant comes with either a black rubber necklace with a sterling silver clasp, or a sterling silver chain and clasp. At this time we do not offer a nickel-free option.
The necklaces are water-resistant, meaning they can withstand contact with water if immediately dried off. However, because of the hand-made nature of the necklaces, they are not waterproof, and should not be immersed in water. To ensure your necklace’s beauty and longevity, we recommend you remove it before engaging in such activities such as showering or swimming.
On the order page you will have the opportunity to upload your picture. This should be sent as a .jpg, .bmp or .gif file. No Photoshop, Mac, or other proprietary program files can be accepted.
You may take your photo to a photo center at most local retailers such as Wal-Mart, Walgreens or Target and have the photo scanned to a digital image. If that is not an option, please email cheri@bezales.com for further options.
The photo resolution should be at least 300 dpi. Obviously the higher the resolution, the better quality your photo will be. The closer the subjects are together, the better. Remember, your photo will be cropped and reduced to fit inside the parameters of the stone. Dark photos have a tendency to not reproduce as well as lighter photos; and clean photos without a lot of distracting background images work best. Keeping your photo simple will help ensure a more eye-catching, effective piece. Bezales is committed to producing quality jewelry, and will not be satisfied with anything less. If there are any concerns about your photo, we will contact you immediately.
All pictures will be cropped to best fit the stone. Please note that for this reason, large group photos are not recommended. We cannot guarantee all aspects of the photo will be seen.

We cannot colorize a black and white photo, but can make a color photo black and white, or give it an antique sepia look upon request.
Due to the volume of orders, we cannot submit photos of each piece for client approval. Please rest assured that our artisan has a keen eye for design and will ensure that each piece is beautifully rendered to be a true keepsake.
We will happily replace any defective pendant and will do our best to make every photo work within the guidelines of our capabilities. Keep in mind these are individually hand crafted pieces of art, therefore no two are alike.
